Assemblyman Danielsen Looking For Donations For Backpack Drive

State Assemblyman Joe Danielsen (D-17) is looking for school supply donations for his annual backpack drive.

The backpacks are distributed in September to students who live in the 17th Legislative District.

Most needed now are:

• Backpacks
• #2 pencils
• Pocket folders
• Lined notebooks
• Scissors
• Rulers
• Pens
• Colored pencils or crayons
• Markers
• Glue sticks

Donations can be dropped off at the Franklin Township Library on DeMott Lane or at Danielsen’s District Office, 334 Elizabeth Ave.

Deadline for the donations is Sept. 5.
