The Imperia on Easton Avenue will once again be the venue for state Assemblyman Joe Danielsen’s annual Job Fair on April 17.
The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; the Imperia is located at 1714 Easton Ave.
Classes will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and will feature such topics as interview presentation, job search techniques, and interviewing skills.
Following the classes, attendees will be able to network until 3:30 p.m. with representatives from a number of companies.
“The workforce in New Jersey is highly knowledgeable and well-qualified, and I am happy to provide a forum for job seekers to interact directly with employers that have positions available,” Danielsen said in a release about the event. “While job growth in New Jersey may not reach the levels we would like, opportunities exist, but the jobs aren’t coming to you, you have to come to the job! Dress for success, bring a resume, and seize the opportunity!”
