Patriots Hand Skeeters First Loss With 7-6 Win

Sugar Land, Texas – The Somerset Patriots (6-2) held off a late rally from the Sugar Land Skeeters (7-1) Saturday night to take the second game 7-6 at Constellation Field.

“It is always tough to get a that first win against a team that had not lost yet this year,” said Somerset Patriots manager Brett Jodie. “It was good for us to get that one under our belt.”
