Legislators: FERC Ignored Residents’ Concerns In Draft EIS UPDATED

Update: FERC’s final EIS was not altered by public comments and testimony in the time between the draft EIS was issued and Jan. 25.

FERC maintains in the EIS that the proposed Compressor Station 206 will have impacts on the environment, but proposed and suggested mitigation factors will keep that impact minimal.
