The Township Council at its Oct. 25 meeting voted to purchase $194,245 worth of goods and services.
The items contracted for were:
- A one-year extension of the contract to print the township newsletter with Hawk Graphics of Mt. Freedom, at a rate not-to-exceed: $40,000.
- A one-year extension of the contract for portable veterinary services for the Franklin Township Animal Shelter, to Faith Veterinary Clinic Services of Dayton. In lieu of a payment, Faith Veterinary Service provides services to the animal shelter.
- A $9,350 48-inch, four hot plate with a 24-inch griddle range for the concession stand at Middlebush Park to Restaurant Depot of South Plainfield.
- A $94,895 pavilion for a pavilion for Middlebush Park to MRC of Spring Lake.
- Property clean-up services, not-to-exceed $50,000, to Panfretti Construction of Phillipsburg.
