A 45-year-old New Brunswick man has been charged with the sexual assault of a woman in the township.
Fernando Nunez-Genao was charged with 2nd Degree sexual assault in connection with the Dec. 4 incident, according to a press release from the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office.
The 19-year-old victim reported the assault to township police, according to the release. Nunez-Genao and the victim know each other, according to the release.
Nunez-Genoa remains lodged in the Somerset County Jail, Somerville, in lieu of $100,000 cash bail, according to the release.
