Updated: New Brunswick Birthday Party Shooting Leaves Two Township Residents Dead

Update 2: A 19-year-old Somerset man was arrested February 5 and charged with the two murders.

The man was charged with two counts of 1st Degree murder, one count of 1st Degree Conspiracy to Commit Murder, seven counts of 1st Degree Attempted Murder, one count of 2nd Degree Conspiracy to Possess a Firearm for an Unlawful Purpose, one count of 2nd Degree Possession of a Firearm for an Unlawful Purpose, and one count of 4th Degree Tampering with Evidence.
