An application for a more than 200,000-square-foot warehouse on Schoolhouse Road was approved April 7 by the Planning Board. The building at 17 Schoolhouse Road currently houses the New Jersey Chinese Community Center, and is the former home of the Central Jersey College Prep Charter School.
