A township resident has been named to the Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) Foundation Board of Directors.

Jeffrey Brenner of Somerset, Managing Director of MidCap Advisors and CFO Advisory Services, was named to the position earlier this summer.

Brenner founded CFO Advisory Services, a New Jersey-based accounting and operations consulting company that serves start-up, small and middle market entrepreneurial companies, in 1998 after working in more than 10 different industries with 25 different companies. In 2012, he was a CFO of The Year Finalist for Private Companies in NJ.

Brenner obtained a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from George Washington University and a Master’s of Business Administration in Accounting from City College of New York. He is a Board member and Advisor for Direct Marketing Software and the Founder and President of the River Vale Education Foundation.

As the fundraising arm of Raritan Valley Community College, the RVCC Foundation engages individuals, local businesses, corporations, and other foundations in philanthropic activities to help ensure the College continues to provide high quality education at an affordable cost. It also supports the College as a center of intellectual thought, cultural vibrancy, personal enrichment and an engine for economic growth.

For additional information about the Foundation or making a gift to the College, contact Ronnie Weyl, Executive Director of the RVCC Foundation, 908-526-1200, ext. 8349 or ronnie.weyl@raritanval.edu.
