Oct. 27

Ryan Williams of Manasquan was cited for careless driving after his car collided on New Brunswick Road with a car driven by Ariana Gass of Somerset. Williams was pulling out of Cedar Grove Center and said he did not see Gass’s car.

Elizaveta Cregar of North Plainfield was cited for careless driving after the car she was driving crossed the center line on Weston Canal Road and collided with a car driven by Simmy Lawal of Newark.

§

Oct. 28

Someone stole a package delivered to a Canterbury Circle home. The package contained clothing valued at $1,100.

§

Amrish Patel of Piscataway was cited for driving without a license after the car he was driving on Easton Avenue rear-ended one driven by Joseph Leoce of Staten Island, NY.

§

Roger Solema of Piscataway was cited for careless driving after the car he was driving rear-ended one driven on Davidson Avenue by Lavanya Veeraraghavachary of Whitehouse Station.

§

Kristin Kirbos of Dayton was cited for careless driving after the car she was driving struck the rear of one driven on Elizabeth Avenue by Theresa Walker-Taylor of Princeton. The impact pushed Walker-Taylor’s car into the rear of one driven by Donald Corwin of Kendall Park, which then hit another car, whose driver left the scene.

A car driven by Nilda Ruz of Highland Park rear-ended a car driven by Rajinda Virgil of North Brunswick while the two were driving on Easton Avenue.

Oct. 29

Mukesh Somani of Franklin Park was driving down Suydam Road when he lost control of his car, which then ran off the road and hit a tree.

Daniel Geiger of Jackson was cited for careless driving after the car he was driving crossed the double yellow line on Easton Avenue and collided with a car driven by Karen Migliorino of Montville. Migliorino’s car then spun around and struck a car driven by Sanela Grgic of Monmouth Junction. Geiger’s car then collided with a tractor-trailer driven by Valdas Bimba of Warrington, Pa. Police said Bimba steered his tractor-trailer onto the sidewalk to avoid a more serious crash. Geiger’s car then continued on, heading north in the southbound lane, and struck cars driven by Lisa Denzin of Bridgewater and Linda Ashforth of Whitehouse Station. Geiger told police he thinks he dozed off.

Sarvadama Pachade of Somerset was cited for careless driving after the car he was driving rear-ended a stopped car on Route 27 driven by Sanyuktha Kalidas of Somerset.

§

Charmaine Robinson of Somerset was cited for careless driving after her car rear-ended one on Route 27 driven by Jason Pileggi of Phillipsburg.

§

Christoph Brown of Somerset was cited for careless driving after his car collided on Route 27 with one driven by Robinson Acevedo, also of Somerset. Brown’s car was turning from Kingsberry Drive at the time.

§

Oct. 30

Someone stole 30 feet of cable wire from a Cedar Grove Lane work site. The wire was valued at $400.

§

Someone threw eggs at a car parked on Wycombe Place.

§

Aswani Ishwar of Kendall Park was cited for careless driving  after his car collided on Route 27 with one driven by Steven Bassin of West Windsor. Ishwar was attempting to pass Bassin’s car at the time.

§

Oct. 31

Someone threw a pumpkin through the front window of a Bennington Parkway home.

Clothes being washed at an Easton Avenue laundromat were stolen.

§

Nov. 1

Eric Dakhari of Cherry Hill was cited for careless driving after his car collided on Amwell Road with one driven by Wei Zhang of New Brunswick. Dakhari was attempting too turn onto South Middlebush Road at the time.

§

Nov. 2

Someone broke into Amigo Taxi on Somerset Street while it was closed and stole $2,500 in cash.

§

Sunglasses valued at $200 and $40 in cash were stolen from an unlocked car parked on Camner Avenue.

§

Someone tried unsuccessfully to kick in the back door of a Hempstead Drive apartment.

§

A car driven by Alicia Hendrickson of Piscataway was stopped in traffic on Davidson Avenue when it was struck in the rear by a car driven  by Elizabeth Gallagher of Flanders.

§

Nov. 3

Someone stole two Apple iPhones when they were delivered to a Parkside Street home. The phones were valued at $1,200.
