Danielle Jackson of New Providence was cited for careless driving after the car she was driving rear-ended one driven by Jacquelin Espinosa of Somerset. Espinosa told police her car was stopped in the Easton Avenue/John F. Kennedy Boulevard jughandle when it was hit.

Wai Cheah of South Bound Brook was cited for careless driving after his car rear-ended one on Easton Avenue driven by Antonio Bezares of New Brunswick. Bezares told police Cheah’s car stopped short when another car stopped in front of his.

Cars driven by Jennifer Klisch of North Brunswick and Loretta Purnell of Somerset collided at Franklin Boulevard and Davis Street. Purnell said she did not see Klisch’s car when she pulled into the intersection from Davis Street.

Nov. 27, 2013

An iPod valued at $150 was stolen from a car owned by a Reler Lane resident. The victim told police that someone broke the passenger side window of his car and damaged the passenger door, dashboard and the inside of the windshield. Value of the car damage was placed at $300.
