La Perle Celebrates First Anniversary With ‘Martinis And Makeovers’

The la perle salon and spa in Rutgers Plaza, Easton Avenue, is celebrating its one-year anniversary 18 with a day of martinis and makeovers.

The “ladies only” event – scheduled to run from noon to 4 p.m. – is the brainchild of la perle owner Maria Diras, who said she had prior experience in the space in which her shop is located.

“Years ago I worked in a salon in this space, so I knew it was a great location,” Diras said in a press release about the event.

The salon, Diras said in the release, is a “full service salon that is fully staffed with talented artists who are trained in hair styling, nail care, and esthetics. Our staff are here to ensure that each client leaves feeling beautiful and relaxed.”
