The Franklin High School field hockey and boys soccer teams were among those playing at home on Oct. 15.

Both teams lost their games; the field hockey team fell 5-0 to Bernards, while the boys’ soccer team lost a close one, 1-0, to North Hunterdon.

The day was Pink Day for the field hockey team. The playing field was striped in pink, and the girls donned pink socks in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
