Flemington BMW Wins ‘Center Of Excellence’ Designation

BMW of North America has named Flemington BMW a Center of Excellence, the only BMW dealership in the state to win the distinction.

Flemington BMW is located at Routes 202 and 31 in Flemington and is a member of the Flemington Car & Truck Country Family of Dealerships.

The award “acknowledges the dedication, commitment and enthusiasm Flemington BMW has displayed toward the BMW brand, their customers and their employees, and is recognition for an outstanding level of performance in 2015,” according to a press release on the award.

“For BMW this is the ultimate honor and I am so proud of our team of associates for all their hard work and dedication,” Byron Brisby Jr., general manager of Flemington BMW and executive VP of Flemington Car & Truck Country, said in the release. “Only 10 percent of the BMW dealerships in the United States achieve this status, putting us among the elite. I couldn’t be happier.”

Center of Excellence winners are measured against their peers on 11 key performance indicators, including customer interaction and satisfaction, sales data and after sales, according to the release. This data is then calculated to award the top performing BMW dealerships in the US. For Flemington BMW this is the sixth time it has been rewarded with BMW Center of Excellence status.
