Bound Brook High School Alumni Newsletter Looks To Connect Grads

The Bound Brook High School Alumni Newsletter is looking for township residents who graduated from BBHS before the township had its own high school.

Prior to the construction of the first Franklin High School, township students attended BBHS, as did students in other Somerset and Middlesex County towns, according to a release from the alumni newsletter.

The Alumni Newsletter is looking for the graduates, seeking to reunite them electronically. The newsletter’s content varies from birthday listings to memorabilia trivia.

An on-line subscription costs $10 per year, with proceeds funding two scholarships every June. The newsletter is published 5 to 6 times annually and is sent to about 300 graduates and friends.

To subscribe, mail a check payable to BBHS Alumni Newsletter, along with name, (including maiden name), email address, US mail address, phone number, birthday month and day (but not year), and year of graduation to Alan Beatty, BBHS Alumni Newsletter, 24 West Franklin Street, Bound Brook, NJ 08805.
