Planning Board Approves Two Homes On Annapolis Street

Engineer William Scott, developer Dennis Gabinelli and attorney Peter Lanfrit at the Nov.1 Planning Board meeting.

A Bridgewater developer won Planning Board approval Nov. 1 to split an Annapolis Street parcel into two lots and build a home on each.

The builder, Dennis Gabinelli, will tear down a house and garage on one of the lots, which sit at the intersection of Annapolis and Delmonico Avenue. Both lots comprise about 27,000 square feet, William Scott, the project’s engineer, told the board.

Gabinelli asked for a waiver from township requirements to build curbs and sidewalks, but the board required him to install cubing and sidewalks on Delmonico Avenue.

The homes will be similar in style to a house Gabinelli built at 119 Delmonico, he told the board. That lot also had a “run-down” house on it which was demolished, he said.
